Saturday September 26th began with lots of fog, a few raindrops and a sky covered with a blanket of clouds. The temperature was cool and warm at the same time as I headed out to Huntingfields Farm for Marissa and Trent’s Maryland wedding! 

The thing I loved the most about this day was all of the people. I talked to all kinds of family and friends during their day and they were all so welcoming, kind and always lending a hand to everyone around. They helped everyone enjoy the day and were full of lots of laughter and humor. Marissa and Trent have the biggest support systems surrounding them as they walk through their journey in life as one.

The property for this Maryland wedding was absolutely stunning. Lots of big trees, corn fields, and a big pond were the perfect backdrops for all of the many, many wedding portraits that I captured of this beautiful couple. Marissa’s bridal gown was absolutely stunning and I don’t exaggerate when I say that she could make the cover of so many bridal magazines. 

I was so happy to celebrate with these two and am wishing them all of the love in the world. Thank you for the honor of choosing me to capture your big day, Mr. and Mrs. Maffei!! Enjoy your honeymoon in St. Lucia!
