I think the entire wedding industry can agree that 2020 has been an interesting year for weddings. Spring should have been full of weddings, but instead our calendars were cleared and empty. Sarah and Matt were supposed to be married in April, but COVID. Needless to say, I was so excited for their Heritage Restored wedding to finally happen this past week in Newburg, PA.
Sarah and Matt were married on a gorgeous, sun-filled day among family, friends and the blue mountains of PA. I had never been to Heritage Restored and was absolutely in love with this venue, the views, and the sweet owner, Karlen. Peachy Keen Events along with their florist, Ellie Kochenour really made all of the spaces come to life. The florals were overflowing, the decor was stunning and the barn looked absolutely perfect.
These two met when Matt moved into a house that was for sale by Sarah’s sweet grandmother. Speaking of her grandma, these two had such a sweet and special bond and I loved watching them interact the entire day. You can really see the impact that she has had on Sarah and her family.
I’m so honored to have been part of this day and think that getting married on a Tuesday should become a thing in the wedding world. 😉 Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Dubbs!
