10 years in the making and Lindsay and Joe are finally married! These two tied the knot this past Friday overlooking the Bay Bridge for their  Chesapeake Bay Beach Club tavern wedding. The day was threatening rain with every hour, but the storms held off for them to get married outside on the lawn and take beautiful sunset portraits alongside the beach.

I am so fortunate to work with the sweetest of clients and Lindsay and Joe are no exception. Especially their wholesome families. I just loved hanging out with them all day and was honored to be invited to such an intimate celebration for these two. Lindsay and her Dad shared such a heartfelt first look that had everyone in tears. Her dad was so proud of Lindsay and was happy she found such a good man in Joe, but told me that he told Joe he was taking his little girl after every cheers and hug throughout the day. 🙂

These two have a shared love of lacrosse which is where they met back in college in 2012. Over the years they have been through many adventures and seasons together. It was a joy and a privilege to watch them commit their love to one another and be apart of their very special day. As always – I love photographing Chesapeake Bay Beach Club weddings and can’t wait to be back this year with 5 (!!!) other couples.
