Shooting near water will always have my heart and I will always be excited about it. Also, give me those summer greens and I am in photographer heaven. I shot this session back in August and it is still a favorite. The weather was hot, but the sunrise was perfect for Kristin and Taylor’s Terrapin Nature Park engagement session. I’ve shot at this location before and it is one of my favorites.

One of the best parts of this session is that my couple brought their furry child, Bailey! She was SO good and so sweet during this session! Bailey was patient and really just the star of the show as you’ll see. A lot of wedding venues don’t allow dogs or pets to join couples on their big day so bringing them to your engagement session is the perfect solution. You can get updated family photos with them and the day is less stressful with a lot fewer people. Dogs usually respond better without the chaos of a wedding day and respond better to parents without a lot of distractions around.
