Ahh.. this session! It is definitely one of my new favorites. Haley and Rob reside near us and recently became engaged. They are having a sweet and small ceremony this fall with family, but Haley emailed me and wanted to capture their engagement season. We met up for their Sharpsburg engagement session on a gorgeous evening last week to snap some portraits of these two. I loved, loved meeting them and Rob even gave us both an educational experience throughout the evening.

While the evening was hot and full of bugs, these two didn’t mind one bit. For example, they climbed and walked all over with me through tall grass, hills and lots of fields. I love all of my couples that are ready to hike and go on adventures. Speaking of, I should actually probably include that you may be doing a little bit of exercise at sessions in my contracts. Totally worth it, though! The sun peeked through at just the right times for some glowly sunset portraits which are some of my new favorites. In addition, Haley’s ring is absolutely jaw dropping. They had the ring designed and put together and it is pure perfection. Specifically, the clarity is amazing and I’m happy Haley gets to enjoy this ring for the rest of her life. More importantly, these two know how to make each other laugh.

I’m so excited for these two and their upcoming adventures together. They recently bought a house in the area and are working toward a beautiful future together.  My time with them was so much fun. To summarize, I loved learning about how they met, all of the places they have lived and come from and watching them interact together as an engaged couple.
