These two have a beautiful, promise filled, God written love and family story. The many prayers have led to a growing family and a beautiful journey. Kellie and Josh are some of our dear friends and I had the honor to capture their maternity portraits in our hometown of Greencastle the other night.  We were blessed with a hot, but beautiful sunset among the trees, mountains and creek.

It’s always intimating to take portraits of anyone, but especially people so dear to us. However, I absolutely love how these images turned out! Because of all of the rain, we had grass that was so soft, luscious and picturesque. The sun setting over the mountain top produced many rays of sunshine around Kellie and her long locks. And the pops of pink in her dress and gown really just made the photos.

Not only is Kellie such a gorgeous pregnant person, but her attitude towards all of this is so admirable. She adores being pregnant and has truly soaked in this season. For example, she has taken all of the COVID-19 regulations like a champ. In spite of all of the changes regarding doctors and appointments, she has had such a positive, calm spirit and puts it out into the world to be shared.

I am so excited for this little family and can’t wait until they expand by 1 more! It has been such a fun season going through pregnancy around the same time as our friends and has really brought us together to bond over the little things. Kellie and Josh are some of the most gentle-hearted people you will ever meet and they will make amazing parents to this baby girl come September.
