Picture Stars Hollow. The cute town center, friendly people, small-town feel, and enchantment. This is exactly what Maggie and Stephen’s downtown Ellicott City engagement session felt like. I have never been to Ellicott City, but it was absolutely magical and now I want to go back and explore, shop, and eat! The best part was the city was all decorated for Christmas. There were wreaths in every single direction that we looked; even though it was a brisk morning, it felt so cozy!

I love when my couples choose a beautiful and meaningful engagement location. Maggie and Stephen chose downtown Ellicott City for their engagement photos because this is where they had their first date. We even grabbed a photograph in front of the restaurant they first met! It was even more special because Stephen grew up right around here and knew the town very well. We walked around to all of the fun locations and got to explore the bridges, down by the water, and more.
