I’m still gushing over the moon about this past Saturday. I could go on all day, but let’s just start with the main event: Sydney and Brody. They planned an outstanding and perfect Chesapeake Bay Beach Club wedding for their family and friends to enjoy. From a live painter to signature drinks, an ice cream bar, espresso martinis, cozy lounges, a photo booth, and the most luxurious florals. Their love story began at JMU where Brody had given Sydney a ride home from an event. They later reconnected at the gym and have been together ever since!

Their first look was one of my absolute favorites. Brody lost it at seeing his precious bride and could not stop the waterworks! It was such a sweet sight to witness. We even had to pause starting portraits while Brody got it together. So *sweet*.

The day started out extremely hot and sunny but was followed by dark clouds and a big storm. Thankfully they had originally planned to get married indoors so guests stayed cool and dry! Although the rain continued throughout the evening, Sydney and Brody bravely ventured to the beach for some rainy portraits. With the help of the events team and the photo and video crew – we were able to grab some quick sandy portraits for these two to cherish forever. I think it was totally worth it!
