Still vicariously living through Emilee and John’s Springfield Manor and Distillery wedding this past Friday. These two are beyond perfection together and the whole day was a blast. The weather was a mix of sunny and cloudy, but remained breezy and warm to be outdoors all day for their outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. The lavender was in full bloom for portraits, the friends and family abundant and the love endless.
The day honestly went by super quick as the photographer. I couldn’t believe it! Did I mention the 22 person party bridal party? Yep! It was HUGE. They were all so much fun and especially kind. I loved cracking jokes with them all day and they were such a fun group to be apart of. Especially all of their fun introductions into the reception!
I adored the speeches given by the best man and maid of honor. They were sentimental and sweet. Funny and enchanting. It really made you want to be the best of friends with these two. Sarah and Nick described the new Mr. and Mrs. the best – they are better when they are together. The laughter is contagious and the smiles never fading. You can feel them bringing out the best in one another and those around them when you are in their presence. I’m so honored I was chosen to be their photographer.
