I heard the music down the hall before I walked into the bridal suite. The playlist was immaculate, the girls were full of energy and you could feel the calming bay breeze on the balcony. The rest of the day was spent hiding my tears behind my camera and just dazzling in the joy and fellowship surrounding Katie and Jason. This Maryland Eastern Shore Wedding is truly a day I won’t forget for a long while.

Katie and Jason met in college back in 2017 through a mutual friend. They attended High Point University in North Carolina and Jason was in a fraternity with one of Katie’s best friends. When Jason was a senior and Katie a sophomore they dated long distance and continued while Jason was in New York and Katie in Boston. After many years together they finally settled into Arlington together after years of travel up and down the east coast.

After the music and the joy from the morning, Katie appraoched her first look with her Dad and my tears started flowing. The way they embraced one another was full of so much love and it was such a sight to witness. After that, Katie and Jason shared a first look and we took many photos with friends and family around the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Inn and wedding venue.
