Solly and Katherine’s wedding at Herrington on the Bay was nothing short of a fairytale from a storybook. As a Herrington on the Bay photographer, I often get to witness some incredible love stories, but this one felt incredibly special. Solly and Katherine spent the morning of their wedding watching the sunrise together along the waves crashing alongside the bay. They took the time to just be together and even wrote their private vows during this time. This truly set the tone for the whole day which was wrapped with love in every interaction I witnessed.

Throughout the celebration love was tucked into every detail. From flower girl grannies stealing the show (and petals!), to handwritten notes waiting at every guest’s welcome card, to their sweet dog Lana acting as ring bearer. This day felt personal and joy-filled from start to finish. Waterfront cocktails flowed as twinkling lights danced above, while guests watched Solly and Katherine slip away for an unprompted stroll down the dock truly soaking in the beauty of their day.

From an epic band drumming with water to cotton candy sunsets and cold sparks lighting up the night, this wedding was full of magic. But what I’ll remember most is how their love shone through every single moment. They genuinely wanted to spend every moment to just be together and celebrate their love.
